Join us for Somatic Saturdays, a blissful fusion of restorative yoga and a soothing sound bath experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life as we guide you through a gentle, restorative yoga flow incorporated with aromatherapy, followed by a healing sound bath curated by Sophiyah of Afro Moone.
No prior yoga or sound bath experience is necessary - All levels are welcome. This is not a heated or hot class. Don't worry about bringing a mat - all materials are included in your ticket price.
